What to Expect after your session
Viewing session
Within 48 hours of your session (unless otherwise discussed), you will receive a link by email to book your image viewing session. This will take place online using Zoom. You can choose any date/time that work for your schedule. (I encourage booking the session after you put the kids to bed, and cuddle up on the couch with a glass of wine!)
During the call, we will review all of your images, and compare similar images, all to help narrow down to your absolute favorites! We will also discuss any editing options to make the photos looks their absolute best.
We will also discuss what your goals were for your session and if you are wanting to print your images in any specific size or format to make sure you are making choices that you will love!
My goal is to make sure you are confident and comfortable with the number and variety of images you end up with!
NOTE - All non-chosen images will be permanently deleted. You will not have a chance to look at them again or order any more after this point.
Editing
After your viewing session I will begin editing your images.
This process will take approximately 3 days (unless otherwise discussed).
I will incorporate any editing we discussed during your call as well as ensure editing that is consistent with my portfolio.
If you/your baby has any temporary skin issues (acne, scratches, etc), I will automatically fix those unless you tell me otherwise.
If you are unhappy in any way with your images once you receive them, I am happy to do what I can to correct it.
Note - I do not offer extensive editing, such as changing the clothing you choose to wear, transition lenses, significant tan lines, etc. Please plan accordingly.
Receiving your Images
You will receive a message with a new link to download your images by email.
Images will be available for download for 7 days.
If you are downloading your images on a mobile device, you can only download one image at a time. If you are downloading them on a computer, you can choose to download the entire gallery as a zip file.
If you intend on printing these images, ensure you download ‘high resolution’ as the file size. If you are intending on posting them to social media, please download and use the ‘web sized’ files. You can download the images as many times to as many devices in as many formats as you wish.
I highly suggest saving your images to multiple devices in order to have a backup in the case that the device is ever corrupted. I do not guarantee having your images available after your download window expires.
Ordering Product
Whether you are looking for announcement cards, a canvas for your wall, an album or just some prints, I am happy to provide professional quality product. Please see the Product Menu for pricing.
Product orders are placed after you receive and are satisfied with your digital images. The product takes approximately 3 weeks to arrive after the order is placed and will be delivered to your home by the photographer.
If you choose to print your images elsewhere, I do not guarantee the quality or the appearance of the printed images.
